We studied inventions and how they are ideas and products that help make things better for people. First, the students worked with a partner to research a famous inventor. Together, they wrote a report on their inventors and later presented those reports in front of the class.
Then, students were challenged to think of their own invention and to create models of their inventions using recycled materials. They did a great job and demonstrated so much creativity and ingenuity with their projects. Plus, they had a lot of fun doing it.
